My passion is to work with others to enhance quality of life through the practices of

massage therapy and horticultural therapy.

MASSAGE THERAPY:   I have over 20 years of experience providing specialized therapeutic massage to help to decrease stress, muscle tension and pain, and to increase relaxation, joint movement and flexibility. Sessions are individualized and incorporate a combination of effective massage techniques. I am a Certified Massage Therapist and also hold national board certification from the NCBTMB.

HORTICULTURAL THERAPY:  I am a Registered Horticultural Therapist (HTR) with a master's degree in clinical psychology and have worked for over 25 years with people with special health and learning needs.   I use horticultural therapy and therapeutic horticulture modalities to help others increase positive life skills and overall health and wellness.  I am a UCCE Master Gardener, certified in permaculture design, and currently oversee the therapeutic horticulture education program at a special education school in Los Angeles. In 2023 I developed and currently teach the AHTA accredited Horticultural Therapy certificate program through UCLA Extension.
